About the role

As a Senior Internal Recruiter you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple business areas, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy and attract top‑tier talent. This role is based in Canary Wharf and offers the chance to make a tangible impact in a fast‑growing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across various functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Proactively source and engage high‑quality candidates.

• Use data and insights to optimise hiring processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition (agency background a plus).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Experience with sourcing tools and modern recruitment methods.
