Senior IT Business Analyst

About the role

The client is a leading SaaS provider delivering platform implementations to customers worldwide. You will join a fast‑paced, collaborative team where responsibility is given early and you can make a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities

• Work with clients to design and build products, translating requirements into structured system solutions.
• Configure product logic, including rating models, underwriting rules, data capture journeys, and policy outputs.
• Own delivery from build through testing and launch.
• Analyse and enhance live products, supporting the full policy lifecycle and advising clients on best practice.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting or as a client‑facing Business Analyst, preferably with platform exposure.
• Enjoy combining business analysis with hands‑on configuration and problem‑solving.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
• Motivation to support junior team members and engage in client‑facing technical projects.
