Senior IT Project Manager (Oracle Fusion)

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex IT and finance transformation programmes, with a focus on Oracle Fusion implementations. The role is hybrid, based in Cambridge or London, and involves coordinating large‑scale upgrades, enhancements and integrations across finance and operational modules.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse project proposals, define timelines, budgets and delivery approaches.
• Lead full‑lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage a portfolio of transformation programmes and concurrent agile initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts such as plans, RAID logs and governance documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees and executive reporting.
• Perform risk assessments, maintain mitigation plans and ensure delivery against scope, time, cost and quality targets.
• Oversee integration of Oracle Fusion with MuleSoft middleware and Oracle EPM modules.
• Coordinate data migration, reporting, analytics, hyper‑care and transition to BAU.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion finance and procurement modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
