Senior IT Security Analyst

About the role

The Senior IT Security Analyst will join a global cyber security team, taking ownership of selected security domains and driving practical improvements to reduce cyber risk across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical contributor for security tools, vulnerability management, web and email security, incident response and threat‑informed remediation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, identity and business teams to identify and prioritise security issues based on real‑world attacker behaviour.
• Investigate detections using CrowdStrike Falcon, support incident response and enhance endpoint protection.
• Design, configure and troubleshoot Zscaler ZIA/ZPA secure web gateway and zero‑trust network access solutions.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, exposure analysis and risk‑based remediation prioritisation across enterprise environments.
• Apply threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK and exploitation evidence to guide mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience administering and tuning CrowdStrike Falcon and Zscaler ZIA/ZPA.
• Proven track record in vulnerability and exposure management programmes.
• Deep understanding of attacker tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and ability to translate them into actionable security improvements.
• Experience leading or supporting security investigations and incident response activities.
