Senior Lettings Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join our award‑winning residential lettings team in Upminster. You will be the primary point of contact for landlords and prospective tenants, helping to match properties with the right renters while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure new letting instructions.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Understand tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of viewings, offers, and tenancy agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in residential lettings or a related property role.
• Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic and competitive with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
