Senior Lettings Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join a high‑performing branch of an award‑winning independent estate agency. You will drive new business, manage lettings transactions and ensure an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rental valuations and secure new lettings instructions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, matching applicants to suitable rentals.
• Negotiate tenancy terms and oversee the lettings process from start to finish.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities to maximise branch performance.
• Maintain accurate property records and update CRM systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential lettings.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated, confident and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and a full UK driving licence.
