Senior Lettings Consultant

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join our award‑winning lettings team in High Wycombe. This client‑facing position involves managing the full applicant journey, from registration through to move‑in, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strict compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and manage applicant registration and qualification.
- Perform referencing, AML checks and tenancy progression.
- Create tenancy agreements and hand over to property‑management CRM.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
- Upsell products to existing and new landlords and update them on marketing activities.
- Support day‑to‑day branch administration and assist in business generation to meet monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in residential lettings.
- Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team.
- Confident judgement in tenant selection and ability to work under pressure.
- Full driving licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for tenancy hand‑over.
- Familiarity with AML and referencing procedures.

- Basic salary of £23,000 with OTE up to £37,000.
