Senior Lettings Manager

About the role

Fox and Sons, part of the Connells Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead its Yeovil residential lettings branch. You will be responsible for driving performance, growth and long‑term success while fostering a culture of high standards, accountability and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day lettings operations, including valuations and listings.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing team of lettings professionals.
• Drive market share, compliance and outstanding service for landlords and tenants.
• Identify and nurture future leaders within the branch.
• Ensure targets are met in a results‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in residential lettings.
• Strong people‑leadership with coaching and development capabilities.
• Track record of delivering results in a target‑driven setting.
• Organised, resilient, numerate and detail‑focused.
• Full UK driving licence.
