Senior Lettings Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Manager to lead our residential lettings office in Bognor Regis. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while driving profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the profitability of the lettings portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, develop relationships with landlords, and secure new rental agreements.
• Coach and motivate a team of lettings agents through daily briefings and performance reviews.
• Oversee property listings, ensuring accurate pricing and market positioning.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
• Match tenants with suitable properties to achieve high occupancy rates.

• Proven track record in residential lettings, converting valuations into successful lets.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.

• Base salary £29,750 pa with realistic OTE £45,000‑£55,000 pa.
