Senior Lettings Negotiator – Blackheath

About the role

Join the UK’s largest independent property services group as a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Blackheath. You will build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants, negotiate offers confidently, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from instruction through to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings tailored to their needs.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess and value properties for the market.
• Market properties to tenants using various channels.
• Generate new and repeat business through canvassing, door‑knocking and leaflet dropping.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle).
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
• Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Understanding of current residential lettings legislation (ideal).

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office packages.
