Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving residential lettings team in Clifton, Bristol. You will work within a market‑leading team covering Clifton, Redland, Cotham, Hotwells, Stoke Bishop and surrounding areas, helping us maintain our reputation in one of the most competitive lettings markets in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and win new property listings and instructions.
• Conduct rental valuations and market appraisals for prospective landlords.
• Build strong relationships with clients through a friendly, professional approach.
• Contribute to the overall success of the lettings team by proactively generating business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency roles such as lister, valuer, lettings or sales negotiator.
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard internet/email tools.
