Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Finchley, North London. You will work in a busy office with a strong market presence, delivering high‑quality lettings services and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify prospective tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate letting agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals and networking.
• Win instructions and manage the full lettings process from start to finish.
• Work towards and exceed branch targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years residential lettings experience.
• At least 2 years as a Lettings Negotiator.
• Proven track record in a target‑driven agency environment.
• Strong business generation and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience using the Reapit property management system.
