Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

Join our City office in the heart of London’s financial district as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑performing team, helping landlords and tenants find the right match while building a long‑term career in property.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct viewings and let properties to prospective tenants.
• Maintain an accurate applicant database and provide regular feedback to landlords and applicants.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and retain existing clients.
• Negotiate and close rental deals.
• List properties, liaise with clients, landlords, and tenants throughout the letting process.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in lettings or sales.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong customer focus with a drive to exceed targets.
• Self‑motivated, high accuracy, attention to detail, and confidence working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook.
