Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

Our client is a fast‑growing property company operating across sales, lettings and management. They are seeking a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to manage a portfolio of high‑end residential properties, build relationships with landlords and maximise rental revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify new tenant applicants.
• Generate accurate valuations and list properties on the market.
• Attract and onboard new landlords.
• Maintain a personal diary to organise viewings and negotiations.
• Provide weekly updates to landlords via phone, email or portal.
• Record all communications and negotiations in the CRM system.
• Negotiate offers and secure tenancy agreements.
• Collaborate with directors to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with lettings legislation and market trends.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills.
• Professional, positive and ambitious attitude.
• Impeccable customer service and a ‘can‑do’ mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to exceed targets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Full UK driving licence.
• Own vehicle for property viewings.
