Senior Lifeguard

About the role

Join Places for People Group as a Senior Lifeguard and help create safe, vibrant pool environments for the community. You will work alongside a passionate team, supervising customers and fellow lifeguards while ensuring top‑class health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise pool users and lifeguard team during operating hours.
• Maintain health and safety of all pool users at all times.
• Oversee building and pool operations, ensuring cleanliness and first‑class customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and incidents.

Required profile

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) – essential.
• Full training provided if you do not hold a Pool Plant Operations License.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Competent swimmer with a strong safety mindset.

Required skills

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Pool Plant Operations License (or willingness to be trained).
