Senior Loyalty Manager – Retail Brand

About the role

The Senior Loyalty Manager will lead the online loyalty strategy for a well‑known retail brand in the North West of England. This role sits at the heart of the customer marketing team, shaping how loyalty is embedded across the digital journey and driving measurable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the online loyalty strategy, creating a market‑leading proposition that drives customer engagement, retention and long‑term value.
• Analyse programme performance, identify new opportunities and optimise initiatives through continuous testing and innovation.
• Partner with ecommerce, product, UX and CRO teams to embed loyalty throughout the digital customer journey.
• Use customer insight, segmentation and first‑party data to deliver personalised experiences and improve lifetime value.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and ensuring loyalty supports wider commercial objectives.
• Lead relationships with external technology partners and suppliers, ensuring platforms evolve with customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and executing loyalty programmes in ecommerce or retail environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with customer data and insight.
