Senior M365 Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Developer to join a leading not‑for‑profit organisation in the North West during a period of digital transformation. You will design, build and implement scalable solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, using Power Platform and Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop applications with Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven) and Power Automate.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint and Teams with external systems via APIs and Azure.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, data protection and governance standards.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities and stay current with emerging technologies, including AI and Copilot.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint Framework, Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.
• Proven ability to integrate third‑party systems via APIs.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

What we offer

• Salary £47,000‑£55,000, negotiable based on experience
