Senior Management Consultant – Lead Complex Programs

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant to lead large, multi‑workstream programmes for our clients. In this position you will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into people‑focused solutions and ensure delivery that is both commercially successful and impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, high‑profile consulting programmes with full accountability for delivery, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing challenge, clarity and structure to ambiguous organisational problems.
• Integrate Korn Ferry’s consulting capabilities across organisational design, leadership, assessment and reward to create joined‑up solutions.
• Drive programme governance, managing risk, dependencies and delivery momentum.
• Own commercial aspects including forecasting, revenue, margin and scope management.
• Lead and develop high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Currently operating as a Senior Management Consultant or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑workstream consulting or professional services engagements.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership and delivery discipline.
• Capability to lead through influence, structure and clarity.
