Senior Manager, Analytics

About the role

Eucalyptus, the consumer healthcare platform behind Hims & Hers, is looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to own the UK and EU analytics strategy and reporting ecosystem. The insights produced must be accurate, timely and actionable for commercial, product and operational decisions. The role is technical leadership, starting with three direct reports, and makes Analytics a proactive decision partner.

Key responsibilities

• Set the analytical agenda, priorities and operating model for the UK and EU, focusing the team on the highest business impact.
• Act as an analytical partner to UK and European leaders, identifying risks, opportunities and questions where data improves outcomes.
• Create a consistent view of acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue, moving from what changed to why and what to do next.
• Manage and coach a team of analysts, developing independent problem-solvers and raising standards of rigour and communication.
• Balance stakeholder demands, make trade-offs and distinguish capacity constraints from work that can be simplified, automated or self-served.
• Build common metric definitions, decision-focused dashboards, semantic models and self-service capabilities.
• Ensure new products, brands and markets launch with clear success metrics, leading indicators and measurement plans.
• Work with Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Platform and other data leaders to align definitions and avoid local duplication.
• Use AI and modern analytics tooling to speed analysis and free up analyst time for judgement and decision support.

Required profile

• 7-8+ years in data analytics, BI or product analytics, including at least 2 years managing a team directly.
• Has acted as the accountable analytics partner for a business area, market or senior leadership group.
• Strong analytical foundations: advanced SQL and enough statistical depth to challenge senior work.
• Commercial and product judgement, turning business questions into structured frameworks.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and building trust.
• People leadership: has developed analysts and handled difficult performance or prioritisation decisions.
• Comfortable with modern warehouses, transformation tooling and BI platforms such as BigQuery, dbt and Sigma/Looker or equivalents.
