Senior Manager – Model Build & Data Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Model Build & Data Analytics team within a leading advisory firm in London. The role involves developing sophisticated financial models for high‑profile M&A, debt refinancing, restructuring and strategic planning assignments, while also expanding expertise in Power BI and data visualisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modelling engagements from inception to delivery.
• Build and review bespoke financial and operational models for transactions and strategic decisions.
• Develop and present commercially focused insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development, proposals and new client opportunities.
• Promote best practice in financial modelling across the practice.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in financial model building within advisory, consulting or transaction environments.
• Advanced Excel modelling expertise.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
