Senior Manager – US & UK Tax (Dual Handler)

About the role

Join a top‑tier global professional services firm as a Senior Manager handling both US and UK individual tax for internationally mobile clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while progressing towards Director/Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and review US and UK individual tax compliance for dual‑filing clients.
• Provide technical advisory on cross‑border issues such as residency, remittance basis, employer obligations and equity compensation.
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for UHNWIs, senior executives and mobile employees.
• Coach and develop junior team members, shaping future practice leadership.
• Collaborate with global tax teams on multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering both US and UK individual tax services.
• Strong technical grounding with the ability to translate complex rules into pragmatic advice.
• Proven experience at Senior Manager level or a high‑performing Manager ready for promotion.
• US CPA, EA and/or ATT/CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Confident communicator with a client‑centric, commercially astute mindset.
• Passion for mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
