Senior Manufacturing Accountant (Glasgow)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Accountant to join the finance team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will support the preparation and submission of statutory and management accounts for a multinational manufacturing organisation, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit statutory and management accounts on a month‑end and year‑end basis.
• Produce complex financial statements and tax reports in line with local regulations.
• Perform balance‑sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting and monthly operating expense cost analysis.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, supply‑chain teams and senior leadership.
• Ensure purchase‑to‑pay processes and sub‑ledger closures are completed efficiently.

Required profile

• ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience preparing financial and management accounts within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with senior and international stakeholders.
• Experience working across APAC or EMEA is highly advantageous.
