Senior Marketing Assistant - Tech Team (12m FTC)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Assistant to join our Digital and Marketing Technology team in Belfast. The role supports the firm’s integrated marketing information systems and digital communication channels, acting as the go‑to person for a range of marketing technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for internal stakeholders across the BD/marketing function, lawyers and PAs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing technology systems, including Dynamics CRM, EPiC, Vuture, Sitecore and AOhub.
• Maintain and monitor system mailboxes, ensuring timely action and escalation.
• Step in to manage workflow responsibilities when primary coordinators are unavailable.
• Collaborate with other senior assistants to execute regular tasks and priorities across all platforms.
• Advocate for best‑practice use of MS Dynamics CRM and disseminate guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting marketing technology tools in a professional services environment.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns (alternating weekly schedules).
• Strong liaison skills between digital/technology functions and business users.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple BAU tasks simultaneously.
