Senior Marketing Assistant - Tech Team

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Assistant to join our Digital and Marketing Technology team at the Belfast office. The role focuses on supporting internal stakeholders across a range of marketing technology platforms and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of our digital marketing infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing technology systems, including Dynamics CRM, EPiC, Vuture, Sitecore and AOhub.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to business development, marketing, lawyers, PAs and other internal teams.
• Maintain and monitor system mailboxes, ensuring timely action and communication.
• Step into workflow coordination duties when primary coordinators are unavailable.
• Advocate for best‑practice use of MS Dynamics CRM and disseminate guidance.
• Deliver ad‑hoc training and advice to users of marketing technology tools.
• Collaborate with other senior assistants to prioritise and execute regular system tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing technology support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong ability to liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible weekly schedules as outlined.
