Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Act as a key partner to marketing and product teams, using data to optimise campaign performance and improve customer outcomes.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels.
• Provide insights on acquisition, lifecycle value, attribution, engagement, and retention.
• Support segmentation and targeting strategies through data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to enable scalable analytics workflows.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for marketing data and performance insights.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in analytics within a marketing or digital environment.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience building data pipelines with tools such as DBT or Airflow.
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, GTM, Braze, Appsflyer, or Firebase.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and attribution modelling.
• Experience developing KPIs and performance frameworks for marketing.
• Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Looker.
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
