Senior Marketing Executive (French-speaking)

About the role

CloserStill Media is seeking a French‑speaking Senior Marketing Executive to join its London team. You will help shape and execute the marketing strategy for a fast‑growing B2B tech event focused on HR and Learning professionals, driving awareness, registrations and revenue across both live and digital formats.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Event Director to define positioning, key messages and product strategy.
• Plan, launch and analyse multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Lead the creative process for marketing collateral, updating existing assets and creating new materials aligned with strategy.
• Work with sales to design campaigns that grow new clients and retain existing ones, covering digital, sponsorship and future revenue streams.
• Develop audience development plans and own outbound messaging to customers.
• Partner with sponsors to create integrated lead‑generation campaigns.
• Integrate conference programme content into marketing plans to maximise visitor acquisition.
• Oversee community‑building and social‑media initiatives that boost engagement and brand affinity.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong written communication skills.
• Proven experience in B2B event or technology marketing, preferably within HR or learning sectors.
• Creative, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
