Senior Marketing Executive – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Marketing Executive to join our West London team. The role focuses on developing and delivering marketing strategies that promote client events to delegates and exhibitors within the events and exhibition sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Group Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and Event Director to shape strategy, positioning, key messages and product direction.
• Plan, execute and analyse marketing campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Lead the creative process for marketing assets, updating existing materials and producing new ones aligned with the strategy.
• Partner with the sales team to design campaigns that drive new client acquisition and retention across digital, sponsorship and other revenue streams.
• Develop audience development plans and craft outbound messaging that reflects event positioning.
• Work with partners, sponsors and the Content Team to create integrated campaigns and embed conference programmes into marketing plans.
• Manage community‑building and social media initiatives to boost engagement and brand affinity.
• Oversee visitor registration processes and handle database and list management with support from BI and data teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum two years of marketing experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in social media tools.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools.
• Familiarity with marketing automation software such as HubSpot.
