Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to own and drive our day‑to‑day marketing activities across email, social, content and e‑commerce. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and a paid‑media agency, shaping campaigns that convert and reinforcing our premium, joyful brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Klaviyo email and CRM programme end‑to‑end – planning, copywriting, segmentation, sending and analysis.
• Write email copy that reflects our warm, playful, premium voice.
• Build and optimise automated flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase and win‑back.
• Grow and maintain the subscriber list, monitoring deliverability and list health.
• Plan and publish content on Instagram and other relevant channels in line with the campaign calendar.
• Create on‑brand visuals using Canva for social posts, stories, email headers and promotional graphics.
• Collaborate with content creators for key campaigns and capture moments around product launches, seasonal releases and trends.
• Monitor organic performance and report weekly on reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Own the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring campaigns are planned, built and launched on time.
• Deliver integrated seasonal campaigns across email, paid and organic channels.
• Manage campaign tasks in Asana to keep projects on track.
• Run post‑campaign analysis, applying learnings to future initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce marketing, preferably within a consumer‑facing brand.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
• Passion for brand storytelling and creating premium, joyful experiences.
• Comfortable collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta and Google paid‑media platforms
• Experience publishing organic content on Instagram and similar channels
