Senior MEP BIM Coordinator (3‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to join our team on a three‑month contract, working on a hybrid basis in London. The role starts as soon as possible and is outside IR35.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Collaborate on residential, commercial and education projects.
• Perform model reviews and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Produce and maintain drawings in AutoCAD as required.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Project experience on residential, commercial and education schemes.
