Senior Merchandiser – South Edinburgh (3 days/week)

About the role

As a Senior Merchandiser you will support Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers in delivering routine audits and meeting KPI targets across the South Edinburgh area. You will also help recruit, develop and retain a dedicated team of Merchandisers while providing refresher training as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of routine store audits and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Support the team in achieving regional targets and KPI objectives.
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of Merchandisers.
• Deliver annual refresher training and promote best practices.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.

Required profile

• Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience in retail or field‑marketing environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service.
