Senior Merchandiser – Staines

About the role

As a Senior Merchandiser you will support Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers to ensure successful execution of routine audits and achievement of KPIs across your territory. You will also help recruit, develop and retain a dedicated team of Merchandisers and deliver refresher training as required.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of routine store audits and ensure targets are met.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of Merchandisers.
• Deliver annual refresher training and performance coaching.
• Collaborate with Field Performance Managers to drive KPI achievement.

Required profile

• Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (field‑based role).
• Experience in retail or field‑marketing environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure and go the extra mile.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
