Senior MI Analyst

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior MI Analyst to join a growing organisation where data is central to business decision‑making. You will work across commercial and operational functions, gaining broad exposure and ownership while influencing insight generation and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reporting, analysis, and actionable insights to support business performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build and enhance reporting frameworks, data models, and analytics processes.
• Support strategic initiatives through data‑driven recommendations.
• Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and analytical capability across the organisation.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role within financial services.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands‑on usage.
• Experience working with large, complex, or imperfect datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to turn data into clear business recommendations and influence decision‑making.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering end‑to‑end analytical solutions.
