Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join a Glasgow‑based team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing and extending an established Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Dataverse environment, working closely with CRM users, product owners and integration specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customise, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Build and maintain C# plugins, custom workflows and integrations.
• Design and develop Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and security models.
• Create and enhance Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate flows and other Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing production support when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Model‑Driven Apps.
• Solid C#/.NET development background.
• Experience building Dynamics plugins, custom workflows and APIs.
• Good understanding of the Power Platform.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems and Azure‑based integration patterns.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective stakeholder communication.
