Senior Modern Workplace Consultant

About the role

Quorum Network Resources is seeking a Senior Modern Workplace Consultant to help organisations across the public and private sectors unlock the full value of Microsoft 365. The role combines deep technical expertise with trusted consultancy, delivering modern workplace solutions that improve collaboration, security, compliance and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery workshops and gather business, technical and security requirements.
• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions tailored to client needs.
• Configure, implement and migrate Microsoft 365 services, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating requirements into practical, secure solutions.
• Own projects from initial discovery through solution design, implementation, migration and post‑deployment support.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 consultancy and technical projects at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of modern workplace concepts, governance and security.
• Ability to work with diverse clients in both public and private sectors.
• Excellent communication skills for workshops, presentations and stakeholder engagement.
