Senior Mortgage Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mortgage Advisor to join Finlink Ltd’s growing mortgage advice team in Kent. The role offers a high volume of warm enquiries, strong administrative support and the chance to work closely with estate agency partners, enabling you to focus on delivering expert mortgage and protection advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers, guiding them through one of their biggest financial decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal referral partners.
• Collaborate with estate agency teams to maximise referral opportunities.
• Manage warm enquiries, proactively follow‑up prospects and convert them into written business.
• Support and mentor colleagues to generate additional mortgage opportunities.
• Engage existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and customer service in a target‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Fully qualified mortgage adviser with substantial experience providing mortgage advice.
• Holder of CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Commercially driven, confident when speaking with customers and comfortable working with estate agency teams.
• Motivated to increase earnings through proactive relationship building.
