Senior Mortgage Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to join our award‑winning financial services team covering the Thanet area. You will work with warm leads, full administrative support and a collaborative estate‑agency network to deliver tailored mortgage and protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice from initial enquiry to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate‑agency partners and lenders.
• Promote protection products to ensure comprehensive financial advice.
• Generate new business through referrals, repeat clients and proactive networking.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and protection targets.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues as required.
• Maintain full FCA compliance at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP qualified or CAS status).
• Proven track record of achieving mortgage and protection targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercially driven with a passion for outstanding customer service.
• Professional, organised and self‑motivated.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £31,000 basic salary with realistic £70,000 OTE.
• Uncapped commission, company car or £3,500 car allowance.
