Senior Mortgage Broker / Mortgage Mentor – Edinburgh

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior Mortgage Broker who will also act as a mentor to a small team of brokers. Based in Edinburgh, you will continue to advise high‑net‑worth clients while taking on leadership responsibilities within an entrepreneurial, non‑corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage business and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Mentor and develop a team of existing mortgage brokers.
• Build and maximise relationships with estate‑agency introducers.
• Provide expert advice to high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients.
• Collaborate with a dedicated lead source and work Monday‑Friday, no weekends.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage advisory experience.
• Proven track record working with HNW clientele (preferred).
• Successful experience with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities at all levels.
