Senior Negotiator / Valuer – Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator/Valuer to join a well‑established independent estate agency in South Woodham Ferrers. The successful candidate will manage property valuations, negotiate sales, and build lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Register and qualify potential buyers and generate viewings.
• Conduct property valuations and prepare sales brochures.
• Negotiate sales between vendors and buyers, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Canvass new properties and develop a personal pipeline of business opportunities.
• Provide tailored advice to clients and follow up warm leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency with a strong focus on property valuation.
• UK residency and ideally a 30‑minute commute to South Woodham Ferrers.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• High‑level customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent telephone manner and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage a personal portfolio.

What we offer

• Basic salary £25,020 DOE with OTE up to £46,000.
• Car allowance £3,600 and fuel allowance £1,380.
• Guaranteed £40,000 earnings for the first three months.
• Commission structure, bonuses, parking, season ticket and 28 days holiday.
• Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm, Saturday 9am‑5pm (day‑off during the week).
