Senior Negotiator & Valuer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator & Valuer to join a well‑established property agency serving Abingdon and Wantage. You will own the full sales cycle, from valuation support through to deal completion, with the autonomy to manage your own pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and nurture client relationships without hand‑holding.
• Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice to clients.
• Manage negotiations from initial offer to final settlement.
• Maintain and grow a personal pipeline of properties.
• Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven track record in property negotiation or sales.
• Commercially minded with a proactive, self‑starting attitude.
• Comfortable making cold calls and presenting to clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Driving licence and ability to travel locally to Abingdon or Wantage.

• Strong negotiation and valuation capabilities.
