Senior Night Care Assistant

About the role

Join Agincare’s night team in Swindon and provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents during the night shift. As a Senior Night Care Assistant you will lead a small team, ensure safety, dignity and comfort, and support residents to live independently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high‑quality, person‑centred care throughout the night.
• Support residents with personal care, maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to, review and update individual care plans.
• Lead activities, outings and meaningful engagement for residents.
• Guide and support team members, stepping in as a leader when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards Level 3).
• Willingness to work 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities.
