Senior Nursery Manager

About the role
Kindred Nurseries is seeking a passionate Senior Nursery Manager to lead the London Colney setting. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of early years care and education while inspiring a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the nursery management team to ensure excellent early years provision.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Nursery Manager to develop a shared vision.
- Conduct regular supervision meetings to support staff development.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating environment.
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping and compliance with policies and legal ratios.
- Promote the setting as the preferred choice for families and staff.
- Support projects across the wider business and oversee induction of new team members.
Required profile
- Full Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or higher).
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Minimum two years’ experience leading and managing a nursery team.
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
Required skills
- Early Years Level 3 qualification.
- Understanding of EYFS guidelines.
