About the role
Our client is seeking a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their team in Hatfield on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role operates in a hybrid model, combining on‑site presence with home‑based work, and offers the chance to contribute to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain occupational health procedures and policies.
- Manage and support staff within the occupational health department.
- Provide case management for employee health issues.
Required profile
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
- Extensive experience delivering a full occupational health remit.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
