Senior Officer, Global Corporate Partnerships - Financial Services

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Senior Officer to lead and expand its corporate partnership portfolio within the Financial Services sector. You will work closely with the Global Corporate Partnerships team to design fundraising strategies that generate incremental and sustained revenue for humanitarian programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Steward and cultivate an individual portfolio of corporate partners, targeting an annual revenue of $2M+ USD.
• Support the Global Corporate Partnerships (GCP) financial services strategy by diversifying funding streams and growing unrestricted funds.
• Develop and implement a robust strategy for the Global Financial Services sector, identifying partnership models such as strategic alliances, employee engagement, and pro‑bono collaborations.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director of Financial Services Partnerships and other senior leaders to align partnership activities with IRC’s mission and impact goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing corporate partnerships, preferably with financial services organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of partners and achieve revenue targets.
• Passion for the IRC’s humanitarian mission and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Understanding of private‑sector fundraising and partnership activation.
