Senior Operations Manager

About the role

One Avenue Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead a cluster of premium workspaces in London. You will own the full P&L, drive new centre mobilisations and be mentored on a fast‑track path to Operations Director within 24 months.

Key responsibilities

• Run multi‑site operations across a cluster of premium centres.
• Lead, develop and hold Business Managers accountable.
• Own full P&L, revenue and budget for the cluster.
• Project‑manage new centre openings from fit‑out through handover.
• Ensure brand and service consistency across all sites.
• Manage escalated client relationships and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Conduct cross‑site audits covering standards, health & safety, fire and risk.
• Oversee capex, refurbishment and reconfiguration projects.
• Roll out new systems and processes across centres.
• Drive commercial performance through pricing, yield management and upsell.
• Deputise for the Operations Director when required.

Required skills

• £70,000 base salary plus a company bonus of 25‑50%.
