Main Missions

• Lead and implement strategic Organisational Development (OD) programmes aligned with organizational priorities.
• Drive large-scale cultural change initiatives to foster a positive, values-based working environment.
• Provide expert guidance and support for leadership development and succession planning.
• Design, deploy, and evaluate bespoke OD interventions to improve team effectiveness and service quality.
• Manage complex organizational change processes within a sensitive health and social care context.
• Act as an internal consultant, providing professional advice and utilizing advanced OD methodologies and tools.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in a senior-level Organisational Development or Human Resources role.
• Extensive experience in managing complex change management projects and organizational design.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Strong passion for continuous improvement, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
