Senior Paraplanner – Financial Planning (Hybrid)

About the role

The role is for a Senior Paraplanner within a well‑established financial planning firm. You will work closely with advisers to produce high‑quality, compliant financial planning solutions, supporting both office and remote activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
• Support advisers with research, analysis and technical recommendations.
• Conduct product and investment research to underpin client advice.
• Ensure all client documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
• Assist with cash‑flow modelling and financial planning strategies.
• Manage workflow efficiently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with advisers and wider support teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Paraplanner.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning processes and products.
• Ability to produce high‑quality suitability reports and supporting documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, able to manage workloads independently.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (IO) – essential.
• Dynamic Planner – desirable.
• PlannerPal – desirable.
