Senior Paraplanner – Hybrid Working in London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to support a forward‑thinking IFA practice in London. The role offers hybrid working and the chance to contribute to high‑quality financial planning for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Support Financial Planners with research, analysis and preparation of client financial plans and suitability reports.
• Promote the business profile within the profession and wider community.
• Develop and maintain internal relationships to sustain business flow and meet targets.
• Prepare and compile financial analysis data, including cash‑flow analyses.
• Compile financial planning recommendations and suitability reports.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to Financial Planners and ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Liaise with product providers and third‑party partners.
• Assist with client presentations and prepare applications for submission.

Required profile

• Qualified at Diploma Level 4 or equivalent.
• Advanced level exams in investments and pensions are advantageous.
• Working towards Chartered status is desirable.
• Proven experience as a Paraplanner in a financial advisory environment.
