About the role

We are partnering with a values‑driven financial planning firm that seeks a Senior Paraplanner to join its growing team. The role goes beyond traditional report writing, offering the chance to shape holistic strategies for high‑net‑worth clients and influence key recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and Financial Planner to develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Identify planning opportunities and conduct complex technical research.
• Play a pivotal role in forming client recommendations and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to business improvement projects and support the firm’s strategic direction.

Required profile

• Diploma‑qualified paraplanner, ideally working towards Chartered status.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, retirement planning, tax, and estate planning.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for high‑net‑worth clients.
