Senior Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paraplanner to provide high‑level technical support to our team of Financial Advisers. Working in a hybrid model, you will translate client files into detailed financial planning reports and ensure advice meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret adviser client files and produce comprehensive Financial Planning Reports.
• Conduct technical research to identify suitable providers, products and investment solutions.
• Prepare suitability reports within agreed service levels and deadlines.
• Liaise with the Technical Team on complex cases and technical queries.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Team for pre‑sale approvals.
• Maintain accurate records in internal paraplanning systems and logs.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritising workload effectively.
• Build strong relationships across departments to ensure efficient case progression.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar and presentation skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and progression towards Chartered Financial Planner status.
