Senior Paraplanner

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a collaborative and high‑performing team. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to develop within a structured training programme while contributing to client‑focused financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support consultants ahead of client meetings by preparing compliant technical suitability and Financial Life Plan reports.
• Conduct client annual reviews and perform technical research and data analysis.
• Invest client funds according to consultants' recommendations and answer post‑meeting technical queries.
• Identify investment and tax‑saving opportunities and evaluate portfolios alongside consultants.
• Prioritise workload, manage documentation, and liaise closely with the Service Team.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a technical/paraplanner role.
• Strong understanding of wealth‑management processes and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Word.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with back‑office financial systems.
• Solid IT knowledge.
